The Institutional Programme is an experiential learning solution meticulously designed to strengthen the human resources of various organizations by leveraging the great outdoors as a primary, real-world, and challenging medium.
We define “Institutions” broadly, encompassing a wide range of organizations, both Formal (Government agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Regional SOEs, Higher Education Institutions, Private Corporations, and Cooperatives) and Non-formal (NGOs, Community Groups, Foundations, Associations, and others).

This is practically implemented through the principles of responsibility and collective leadership exercised in the outdoor setting.
