Agus Gunawan, S.E.
Agus Gunawan, S.E. is a Master Trainer in personal development and a facilitator with 20 years of experience in Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration. He has facilitated over 100 institutions. His top program, “Mindful & Nature-Based Leadership,” focuses on building team resilience and collaboration through experiential learning and dynamic outdoor training.
Hari Goeritno
Hari Goeritno is a retired TNI officer with highly adaptive capabilities and a distinguished 33 year career in the military, marked by unwavering integrity. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and field experience, he now dedicates his efforts to empowering others. He helps individuals tackle challenges in the great outdoors by instilling resilience, discipline, self-confidence, and courage. His training is focused on enhancing mental preparedness, fundamentally rooted in the principles of State Defense (Bela Negara) values.

Mulyanto (Mul)
Mulyanto (Mul) is a thought leader in experiential learning, holding a degree in Business Management from Unpar. As a “Learning Experience Program Director,” he specializes in Adventure-Based Experiential Learning for value-based leadership development in multinational corporations. He is also a founder of OBI and AELI, and an active mentor for SMEs.
Sitawati Ken Utami
Sitawati Ken Utami holds degrees from Fisipol Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta and Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM Jakarta. With experience as an HR practitioner, consultant, and trainer, she has designed and lead character-building outdoor training programs since 2000 for clients including educational institutions, corporations, and NGOs.
Teguh Hartono
Teguh Hartono 1991 Biology alumnus of Universitas Nasional (Unas), is an active member of nature enthusiast communities and involved in conservation and environmental movements. Since 1995, he has consistently dedicated his efforts to promoting the development of ecotourism in Indonesia. Notable locations he has contributed to include Halimun Salak, Ujung Kulon, Kerinci Seblat, West Bali, Thousand Islands, Gede Pangrango, Sentarum, Sembilang, West Flores, Waerebo, Ngada, Buton, among others.
Wiejanto
Wiejanto, a scholar of education, has been a mountaineer since 1984 with extensive experience both domestically and internationally, serving as a mountain guide and rock climber. He prioritizes safety, education, and comfortable, secure, and meaningful adventures, guiding
participants with professionalism and passion to develop personal and institutional capacity.
